You can sign up using your mobile phone number (verified by OTP), email address (verified by a code), Google, or Apple Sign-In. A guest mode is also available for browsing without registering.

Account & Registration I didn't receive my OTP. What should I do? +

Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new one. Check that the phone number or email you entered is correct. If the issue persists, contact support.

Account & Registration Can I use the app without creating an account? +

Yes. Guest mode lets you browse and search properties. You will need to register before making an offer, booking a viewing, or contacting an agent.

Account & Registration How do I verify my email address? +

After entering your email, an OTP is sent to that address. Enter the code in the app to complete verification. An unverified email address may limit certain features.

Account & Registration How do I update my profile — name, phone, address, profile picture? +

Go to your profile settings and tap Edit. Changes to phone number require OTP re-verification. Profile pictures are uploaded directly from your device.

Account & Registration How do I delete my account? +

You can request account deletion from the app settings. Once confirmed, your account is deactivated and all your listings, applications, offers, bookings, and enquiries are made inactive. They remain visible to the other party for 7 days before being permanently removed. Agreements you are party to are not automatically removed and require a manual review.

Agent Referral Analytics What do my referral earnings mean? +

Your referral earnings show how much you have earned from successful membership purchases made using your referral codes. The dashboard separates paid amount, available amount, cooling down amount, and total pending amount so you can clearly see what has already been paid and what is still waiting.

Agent Referral Analytics What does Paid mean? +

Paid is the amount already settled to you. In the app this comes from the reconciled amount. It increases only when a referral payout is recorded by the platform.

Agent Referral Analytics What does Available to pay mean? +

Available to pay is referral earning that has completed the cooldown period but has not yet been paid. This amount can be reviewed and paid by the platform according to the payout schedule.

Agent Referral Analytics What does Cooling down mean? +

Cooling down is referral earning from successful purchases that are still inside the required waiting period. This waiting period gives time to check for refunds, cancellations, disputes, or invalid activity before the earning becomes available to pay.

Agent Referral Analytics What does Total pending mean? +

Total pending is the full unpaid amount. It includes both Available to pay and Cooling down amounts. For example, if your total pending is 1,000, available to pay is 600, and cooling down is 400, only 600 is ready for payout review right now.

Agent Referral Analytics What does Earned mean? +

Earned is the total referral amount linked to your successful referral purchases. It is the sum of what has already been paid and what is still pending.

Agent Referral Analytics Why does an amount stay in cooling down? +

A referral amount stays in cooling down until the configured reconciliation period is complete. This protects both agents and the platform by making sure the related membership purchase remains valid before payout.

Agent Referral Analytics When will my cooling down amount become available? +

The amount becomes available after the cooldown period ends, as long as the purchase was not refunded, cancelled, disputed, or marked invalid. The app shows the configured cooldown period in months.

Agent Referral Analytics Why is Paid lower than Earned? +

Paid can be lower than Earned because some earnings may still be pending. Pending earnings may either be available for payout review or still cooling down.

Agent Referral Analytics Can my pending amount change? +

Yes. Pending amount can reduce when a payout is made. It can also change if a referred purchase is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or adjusted by the platform.

Agent Referral Commission What is the Agent Referral Commission Program? +

The Agent Referral Commission Program allows registered and verified agents to earn commission when a seller or another agent purchases a membership using their referral code. Every verified agent receives a unique referral code. When someone uses that code during membership purchase, the referral is tracked under the agent's account.

Agent Referral Commission Who can earn referral commission? +

Only registered and verified agents are eligible. To qualify, the agent must have an active agent account, complete agent verification, use their assigned referral code, and refer a seller or agent who successfully purchases a membership. Unverified, suspended, or inactive agents are not eligible.

Agent Referral Commission How does the referral code work? +

Each verified agent gets a unique referral code. When a seller or agent purchases a membership, they can enter the referral code at checkout or during registration. Once the payment is successful, the system records the referral under the agent who owns that code.

Agent Referral Commission When will the agent receive the commission? +

Commission is not released immediately. A 2-month cooldown period applies after the referred membership purchase to confirm the transaction is valid and not cancelled, refunded, or disputed. After 2 months, if the transaction is successfully reconciled, the commission becomes eligible for approval and settlement.

Agent Referral Commission Why is there a 2-month waiting period? +

The 2-month waiting period protects the platform from cancelled, refunded, disputed, or incomplete transactions. It allows time to verify that the membership payment was successful, the seller or agent remained active, there was no refund or payment dispute, the transaction was reconciled properly, and the referral was genuine and not fraudulent. Once the transaction clears this period, the commission moves from pending to approved.

Agents can see a complete referral earnings summary including: total referrals, successful referrals, pending commission, commission under cooldown, commission eligible for approval, approved commission, settled commission, rejected or cancelled commission, and total lifetime earnings.

Agent Referral Commission What does Pending Commission mean? +

Pending Commission means the referral has been recorded but the transaction has not yet completed the 2-month cooldown period. The agent can see the expected commission amount, but it is not yet withdrawable or payable.

Agent Referral Commission What does Eligible for Approval mean? +

Eligible for Approval means the referral has completed the 2-month cooldown period and is ready for final review. The system or admin checks that the payment was successful, the transaction was not refunded, the seller or agent account is valid, no suspicious activity was found, and the referral meets commission rules. Once approved, the amount moves to Approved Commission.

Agent Referral Commission What does Earned Commission mean? +

Earned Commission is the total amount that has been approved after verification. This amount belongs to the agent but may not yet be transferred to their bank account or wallet.

Agent Referral Commission What does Settled Commission mean? +

Settled Commission means the approved commission has been paid or transferred to the agent's account. The dashboard shows the settlement amount, settlement date, payment method, transaction or reference ID, and status.

Agent Referral Commission Can a commission be rejected? +

Yes. A commission can be rejected if the referral does not meet platform rules. Common rejection reasons include: membership payment failed, payment was refunded, seller or agent cancelled membership, transaction was disputed, fake or duplicate referral, self-referral abuse, agent account was not verified, referral code was applied incorrectly, or a platform policy violation. Rejected commissions are visible in analytics with a clear reason.

Yes. A verified agent can earn commission when another agent purchases a membership using their referral code, subject to the same verification and cooldown rules.

Yes. This is one of the main use cases. If a seller buys a membership using a verified agent's referral code, the agent earns commission after the transaction is verified and the 2-month cooldown period is completed.

Each referral has a clear status: Referral Created, Payment Successful, Under Cooldown, Eligible for Approval, Approved, Rejected, or Settled. This gives both the platform and the agent full transparency.

The analytics summary includes: total referral sales amount, pending commission, commission eligible for approval, approved commission, settled commission, rejected commission, and a referral table showing date, referred user, membership, amount, commission, status, and eligible date.

Agent Referral Commission When can agents withdraw or receive payment? +

Agents can receive payment only after the commission is approved. The platform may settle commission weekly, monthly, or manually depending on the payment policy. For example, approved commissions may be settled between the 1st and 7th of every month.

Key rules: only verified agents are eligible; commission applies only to successful paid memberships; commission is calculated on the eligible membership amount only; refunds, disputes, or cancelled transactions will cancel the commission; commission becomes eligible only after 2 months; final approval is subject to platform verification; settlement happens only to verified bank or account details; the platform may reject fraudulent or suspicious referrals.

Agents can earn additional income by promoting memberships to sellers and other agents. They can track every referral transparently from their dashboard, including pending, approved, earned, and settled amounts.

Sellers and Agents are placed on a default plan at registration. This plan determines how many properties you can list and the duration of each listing.

Go to Account then Subscription. You will see your current plan, the number of listings remaining, and the expiry date.

Membership & Subscriptions How do I upgrade my plan? +

Go to Plans to view available options. Select a plan and proceed to payment. Your subscription updates immediately upon successful payment.

Yes. On the checkout or order screen, enter your coupon code before confirming payment. Coupons can be applied to both orders and plan upgrades.

Invoices are available under Account then Invoices. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.

Notifications What notifications will I receive? +

You will receive notifications for: new offers and counter-offers, application status changes, booking confirmations and updates, agreement milestones, support ticket replies, and general platform updates such as promotional emails, newsletters, and tips.

Notifications How do I turn off email notifications? +

Go to Account then Notification Preferences. You can toggle Email Alerts, Push Notification Alerts, Newsletters, Promotional Emails, and Tips & Updates on or off individually.

Use the unsubscribe link in any email you receive, or go to Account then Notification Preferences and disable all email channels.

Offers & Agreements How do I make an offer on a property? +

Open the property listing and tap Make an Offer. Enter your proposed price and any additional terms. The seller will be notified immediately.

Offers & Agreements How do I respond to an offer I received? +

Go to My Offers under your seller dashboard. You can accept, reject, or counter-offer. Both parties are notified of every status change.

Offers & Agreements What is a Property Application? +

An application is a formal expression of interest you submit for a rental property, separate from a price offer. The seller reviews applications before proceeding to an offer.

Offers & Agreements What happens after an offer is accepted? +

An agreement is created. Both parties can access agreement documents, add supporting files, and download a PDF copy. The agreement can also be formally terminated if needed.

Offers & Agreements Can an agreement be cancelled? +

Either party can raise a termination request with a reason. The other party receives a notification and must respond. Termination does not happen automatically — both parties must go through the request-and-respond process.

Privacy & Data What happens to my data if I delete my account? +

Your personal information is anonymised immediately. Active listings, offers, applications, bookings, and enquiries you are involved in are deactivated and visible only to the counterparty for 7 days, after which they are permanently removed. Agreements remain for legal review.

Privacy & Data Can a blocked account be reactivated? +

A blocked account cannot sign in or access the platform. Contact support if you believe your account was blocked in error.

Property Listings How do I list a property? +

After registering as a Seller, go to My Properties and tap Add Listing. Fill in the property details, upload photos, and submit. Your listing will be reviewed and published once approved.

Property Listings Can I copy an existing listing? +

Yes. On any of your active listings, use the Copy option to duplicate it as a starting point for a new listing.

Property Listings My listing has expired. How do I renew it? +

Go to My Properties, find the expired listing, and tap Renew. Renewal is subject to your active subscription plan.

Property Listings How do I track how my listings are performing? +

The Analytics section on each listing shows views, enquiries, applications, and offer activity. Owner-level analytics are also available from your dashboard.

Roles & Switching What is the difference between a Buyer, Seller, and Agent account? +

Buyer: search and enquire on properties, book viewings, and make offers. Seller: list properties for rent or sale and respond to offers and applications. Agent: represent clients, manage listings on their behalf, and access agent-specific analytics and referral tools.

Roles & Switching Can I switch my role? +

Yes. You can switch between Buyer and Seller from your account settings. A new account is created for the new role and your previous account is retired. Your profile information is carried across. Switching to Agent requires admin approval.

No. Only one role is active at a time. You can switch roles at any point.

Searching & Browsing How do I search for properties? +

Use the search screen to filter by location, category, property type, price range, and other attributes. You can also browse recommended properties tailored to your activity.

The app surfaces properties based on your browsing and search history. Recommendations update as you use the app.

Yes. Tap the favourite icon on any property to save it. Access your saved properties from the Favourites section of the app.

Use the Agents section to search for registered agents by name or location. Each agent profile shows their agency, ratings, and active listings.

Support How do I contact support? +

Use the Help or Contact Support section in the app to raise a ticket. You will receive a ticket number and can track the status in real time.

Support Can I chat with the support team? +

Yes. Once a ticket is open, a chat thread is available on that ticket for back-and-forth communication with the support team.

Support How do I check the status of my support ticket? +

Go to Help then My Tickets. Each ticket shows its current status and the full chat history.

Viewings & Bookings How do I book a property viewing? +

On a property listing, tap Book a Viewing and select an available slot from the seller's calendar. You will receive a confirmation notification.

Viewings & Bookings How do I manage my viewing slots as a Seller? +

Go to your property's Calendar to set available dates and times. Buyers can only book slots you have marked as available.

Viewings & Bookings Can I cancel or reschedule a viewing? +

Yes. Find the booking under My Viewings or the property calendar and use the Cancel or Reschedule option. Both parties receive a notification of any change.
